From the Cummings and Washington family with love

I hope this site has become an inspiration to all visitors. Even as a sandan. I still feel as a beginner. Martial arts is always evolving. The constant hunger to train your body will indeed keep your learning. Rank has no boundaries. I would rather be a white belt and have knowledge than a belt who knows nothing. Always add input and research. An compare your finding amongst the seniors. To analze the material. A day with a lesson not learned is a day lost in time. So said by my uncle Eric Todd Washington. The fruit of a labor lives in the harvest, and ripens in its own season. You may feel free to contact any of us at anytime.

So Godspeed and God Bless

continue to be humble and the answers will come

I would also like to take the time out to reiterate that purchasing the book the total body workout by Navy Seal Mark De Lisle. Is very great read. It's my exercise bible. Many people ask me how have I been able to obtain great physical conditioning the answer is real simple; hard work. One of main reasons I likethis book is because the execises most people can do but gradually quit because of the mental strength it takes to keep up with the training. I have had days when I was totally exhausted and my body had been sceaming to take a break, but I tell my mind that breaks are excuses for laziness.
