This site happens to be one of the most best link as to the the truest of the chinese martial arts. I have seen footage of some of the most best warriors who exemplifly their skills beyond the average human attributes.
To visualize an ancient master cropped from the mainlands of Okinawa. His lineage carries on the bloodline of the ancient warriors who have deceased in their battles for self preservation.
